This image is the end result of a photo I took last year in Austin, Texas on a leisure trip. It looks like an old, Spanish-style mansion, so I decided to call it "La Mansion".
Several filters were used to create the effect of a watercolor image, then actual watercolors are added to the digital print on heavyweight Strathmore watercolor paper. The inks are pigment inks, said to have a life expectancy of 100 or more years, when framed under glass, using an archivally-safe paper.

Photo of me, Kauai, Hawaii

This is at the windy edge of Waimea Canyon, said by Mark Twain to be the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific".
The photo was taken by our exchange student from South Korea, JiYoung Yoo, who traveled with us on this vacation the summer of 2009.
